This is the protocol
I use
myself.

After each competition, my body needs to rebuild. Not recover passively. Rebuild for real. Regain strength, explosiveness, dense muscle quality, and restore the mobility that competitive intensity always erodes.

MOVIN 90 is what I apply between each cycle. First build the engine. Then build the shield. You do not chase precision in a specific sport if the foundations are not there. Before specificity, you need a solid, dense body that can absorb and produce.

This protocol allowed me to gain mass, cut, build strength, and develop mobility I did not have before. All simultaneously. Two months before competition, I switch to sport-specific work. But that specific work only exists because MOVIN 90 did the upstream work. That is the order that works.
